Gregory Pizarro Jr. is a visionary entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and U.S. Army veteran—widely recognized for transforming complexity into opportunity and building platforms that endure. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glenhouse, he leads a high-impact holdings company reshaping industries through bold strategy, fearless execution, and long-term equity creation.
What began in 2017 as Glenhouse Strategies—a crisis management firm tackling the problems most run from—has evolved into a multi-sector force. Today, Glenhouse commands strategic equity across cannabis innovation, sports and entertainment, defense, sustainable energy, commercial transportation, and air travel, with ventures ranging from a commercial airline acquisition to branding deals for elite athletes and partnerships in national defense logistics.
Gregory's leadership is defined by his ability to see around corners and execute at scale. He's led Glenhouse with a philosophy rooted in collaboration, integrity, and deep entrepreneurial insight—building not just companies, but communities. The name "Glenhouse" reflects that personal vision: "Glen" is his middle name; "House" symbolizes the culture of family, unity, and resilience he's cultivated.
In 2025, Gregory launched The Glenhouse Foundation, channeling the firm's influence toward restoring dignity and opportunity for underserved communities, veterans, children, and animals. In its first year alone, the Foundation raised over $750,000 and secured a $1.4 million property to expand equine rescue—turning compassion into action with enduring results.
His impact has earned national recognition, including Dallas's 40 Under 40, OUT Magazine's Hero of Diversity, Penn State's Adam Taliaferro Resiliency Award, and a James Beard Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for his unrelenting advocacy and service.
Beyond business, Gregory is a court-appointed special advocate for foster youth in Dallas and sits on the boards of The Braxton Miller Foundation, Dallas CASA, The Victory Fund, and Teach for America. Previously, he was appointed to the City of Charlotte Housing Board of Appeals.
A proud Army veteran who supported Operation Enduring Freedom, Gregory studied political science, military leadership, and business management at Penn State, Hampton University, and the University of Maryland. He now splits his time between Dallas and Miami, continuing to build legacy ventures that uplift others and outlast him.
